We are a charity empowering young Africans from diverse backgrounds, including those who are physically disabled, marginalised, or living in remote areas where digital technology is scarce.
Why we exist.
We go directly into universities across rural Africa and find the students who are determined to build careers in technology, then we give them everything they’ve been missing.

Laptops. Internet. Welfare support. A curriculum built around certifications that global employers recognise. Teaching in local languages. And the exam fees, fully covered.
We are registered as the Township Tech Development Foundation and operate as a charity. The programs are free to the students we select.
Who it’s for. Ambitious young Africans from every background. Our mission names the people the tech industry most often leaves out, and puts them at the centre: women, LGBTQ+ people, people with physical disabilities and remote communities.

Kola Omole
Founder and DirectorKola has spent the majority of his career working for the biggest names in tech — Microsoft and Google. Prior to big tech, he co-founded an ed-tech company helping students with test preparation.
Kola is deeply passionate about raising the next generation of tech engineers and leaders. Outside of work and his charitable efforts, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two young kids.
Boye Wilberforce Oshinaga
DirectorBoye is the founder of Gradely, an AI enabled learning platform used by over 100,000 kids daily. He has spent his entire career working in education technology and is passionate about creating measurable improvement in educational outcomes using technology.
